We file our own customs declarations, book our own air and sea freight and operate our own warehouse with an authorised temporary storage zone (ADT/LAME). Import and export, both directions. We request invoice, packing list and certificates from the shipper in their language and check them line by line before loading. Most customs problems are avoided there, not at the terminal.
